Creating Glossy Dark Bold Lips with Bloop duo lipstick (Sovereign 02)

 

I am a huge fans for bold lips, yet it requires definite skill in creating shape for the lips, whether in creating sharp or rounded edge for the upper lips, full and thicker lower lips for absolute sexiness. It's always suit in any formal event and party. In this post, I am going to create a glossy dark bold lips with bloop duo lipstick (Sovereign 02).

- Outter Packaging -

 

It comes with a rectangular box in brownish packaging with extreme hot pink of the brand 'bloop'.

- Design -

Inner packaging it self comes with simple yet elegant white holder which holding two tubes on the left and right, a two-in-one lipstick which can be easily carry around for touch up purposes.

On the left, it's a gloss tube which can be easily push / slide out. Inside the tube, there's an applicator with the sharp edge for a precise drawing and even application. The texture of the gloss is not that sticky and in slight clear peach-pink color with glitters, perfectly create a glamor look. In additional, giving our lips moisture and hydration.

On the right, it's a lipstick tube. It's much like a lip balm yet it's in matte ice plum color. The rich matte texture perfectly create a sophisticated look. For longs-lasting effect, do apply few layers of lipstick, gently pat a tissue on the lips after each layer.

Here's a before and after applying the gloss. 

As you can see that in matte(without applying gloss) form, it looks much dry with clear lips cracks yet it adds a sense of mystery and sexy look. I always think that for bold lips, lip cracks is necessary for its sense of sexiness.

In glossy form, the color looks much brighter and of course the lips look much juicy compare to matte form, creating a 3D and bouncy full lips.

- Review -

Personally I love the design so much as it's so much convenient to tuck in bag and carry around for touch up purposes! The matte color is so gorgeous even without the gloss, pretty suit any cocktails parties or formal occasions, elegant yet disenchanted chic style!

Can't deny that I am a big fans of KISS ME, all the products from them are definitely amazing! - Packaging & Design -

For the packaging itself, it comes with an elegant simple design, a black glitter cover cap which is specially created in cone shape as a handle for easy application (easy to control) while the bottom is a brown tube which clearly shows the color of the eyeliner. The overall size is really convenient as it's tiny enough to tuck in bag or carry around.

The applicator is one of the great design which is ultra-thin brush. The design is based on the concept of easy and precise application especially when are we trying to create a define sharp lines at the inner corner of the eyes or even outer corner of eyes, best drawing sharp edges kind of eyeliners like fish eyeliners or cat eyes.

Besides, it is also a liquid kind of eyeliner which consist of glitters, fantastically adding a sense of glamor to our eyes!

For the ingredients, it also contains 3 types of beauty essence:
Collagen
Sodium Hyaluronate
Chamomile Extract
3 of these ingredients are food for the skin in terms of nourishment, anti-aging and moisturizing.

 - Review -

In the picture above show 3 different results of the eyeliners under different situation which we may face sometimes.

Situation 1: Sometimes we may rub our eyes because of itchiness, yet the color are still vibrant and no major effect on it!

Situation 2: We may prefer wearing eyeliner when we are going to swim and tearing! It's water-resistant, so you will still looking pretty even when you are crying!

Situation 3: Some people may asked, what if we rub our eyes after swimming? No worries, the eyeliner is still appeared to be there although it fades a bit (in the picture shows rubbing hardly instead of gently)!

Here's a close up of my fish eyeliners using KISS ME Heavy Rotation Shiny Jewel Eyeliner (02 Shiny Brown). Instant impact shown, much more dazzling look with sharp and accurate edge!

I really love how it looks on my eyes, with its super thin brush, it can easily fill up the gap in between my lashes and even drawing on lower eyelid, it shows the perfect edge! Recommended for daily casual look, not too heavy nor too light, its just nice in giving us a striking yet natural look! Besides, it's tears-, sweat-, sebum- and rubbing- resistance!

I was really impressed after using it for 2 weeks (as recommended 2-3 times a week), to be honest it shows significant moisture and brightening effect as skin breakout getting better with healthy glow. It was greasy at first but then totally feel nothing after dries off. I used to apply a thin layer and it's good enough to show you the instant effect the other day. I totally feel like using it everyday, yet it is not well-recommended as it may promote the growth of pimples on skin.
