July wasn't a good month for me, burdened assignment submissions and diarrhea came to me for the goddamn whole week. Horrible month and it has contributed to my terrifying skin conditions. I couldn't help to sleep and eat well at all.

My thoughts:
The texture is quite interesting with blinks ingredients and I like how it stays on my skin, it's very gentle and light-weight. It doesn't turn my eyes to be oily nor sticky. It helps reducing my eyes puffiness, yet still take times to see the effect on dark circles and fine lines.

I've never known that serum was such an significant item in our daily skincare routine until I discovered it. 经过护理师耐心详细的解说，我也被送进了locker room寄放自己的东西。

平日里所看到的locker 都是用锁匙锁，然后得把锁匙收好的说，有时候真的超怕不知把锁匙扔哪儿了。没想到Mary Chia 这里的locker 那么的不平凡，更为鲁莽的我想得周到呢！只能用自己专属的手指纹才能打开自己的locker哦. 

柜子里，他们也都贴心的为我们准备了舒适的宽版衣服，拖鞋，头套和纸版内衣裤。这是为了避免疗程中，我们自己的衣服被弄脏了，当然也要我们舒舒服服安安全全，没顾忌的享受整个疗程。

进到更衣室时，更被二度吓坏！怎么那么奢华？！好像酒店似的。

接着，我被带到一个房里，做测脂分析，就是算算身体上上下下的脂肪。整个过程都超害羞的，女人嘛，都不喜欢公布自己真实的体重。咳咳。还好，我的BMI还介于中等值，但护理师建议我可以瘦个大概4到5公斤，以达到标准的身材。

测脂后，我们的瘦脂护理的第一步骤正式开始！

1. 太空瘦脂法 
在这过程里，我必须躺在一个气垫里15分钟，然后呢就像医生量血压那样，不断有空气被注射进气垫里，把我的腿压压压，接着空气又被释放出去。这样的吸气放气会一直的被重复 ，但放心你不会感到有任何的不适，反而很舒服呢，整个身体都很放松。这个太空瘦脂法主要是启动我们腿部的淋巴系统，促进淋巴腺与血液循环，进而消除身体里的水肿。

2. 日本摇床技术
这摇床技术呢就是从日本引进的，也就是说我将要躺在一个会摇的床上15分钟，全身隨著搖床震動。这床的摇度是可以任调的，凭着自己身体的适合度，所以不会有任何的晕眩症状。躺在这摇床15分钟其实就相当于我们平日运动的45分钟。只要躺著仅仅15分钟，便能消耗掉我们身体里500卡路里！床下呢，会有热度不断的传送上来，以增加我们身体的体温。整个摇床间接地剪掉我们身体里的脂肪与雕塑身形。

第三阶段

3. 热疗排水护理
也就是所谓的桑拿房，清蒸Amelie的时候啦！我在这桑拿房也带了个15分钟，但每分每秒都过得特快，也许因为有杂志的陪伴吧！呵呵呵。不用担心在桑拿房里睡着了，因为啊，护理师差不多每隔五分钟，都会来虚寒问暖，“你还好吗？”“还可以吗？”“还有5分钟啊” 超贴心的说。这个步骤呢，就可以接着流汗来帮助我们排掉身体里多余的水分，并且促进血液循环。

最后的阶段，便是

4. 包扎塑身疗程
在这个阶段，就是为了保持身上的体温，我必须用保鲜膜包扎身体2小时。在这期间，我可以进行任何的活动，逛街，吃飯，做家務，都沒問題。这疗程不断可以保持体温，同时也可以雕塑身形，增加曲线。然而，如果这期间，身体有发红或发痒，便可以立刻拆除保鲜膜。这两小时里，我也上不了厕所的哦。

在等待男友接送的期间，我又被带到世外桃源啦，一个即宁静又可以望眼整个双威风景的秘密基地。同时，护理师建议我多喝水，已补充身上流失的水分。

我的想法:
整个过程还过得飞快的，我还蛮享受的说。虽然体重并没有明显的下降，但是能够流汗的感觉真爽！整个人都精神起来了。想说，多几个疗程后，效果会更明显哦！回到家后，整个人超累的，又困。没办法，几百年运动一次的人，就是特累。

Mary Chia Signature Weight Management Programme: Intensive Weight Loss

I guess Mary Chia is no strange to everyone of you, as we can see their outlet all around, in Mid Valley, Tropicana City Mall, One Utama, Sunway Pyramid and even Sutera Mall and Plaza Pelangi in Johor Bahru.

After being briefed on the programme and having a short consultation, I was led to place my thing in the locker.

I was so surprise to witness such high-tech locker that memorize our thumbprints instead of the usual locker that asking us to keep the keys. It was definitely an unusual experience for me which was much safer as being a clumsy person like me, I might lose the key somewhere else.

 So, in the locker, there were a pair of slippers, a clothing to change and also some sort of shower cap.

After changing in such luxury room which is just right beside the locker, I was led to another room for BMI analysis.

I was briefed with my weight and body fats analysis. Luckily, I was still the average one between the scale of under-weight and over-weight. BUT, I was suggested to cut down 4-5kg of weight in order to achieve the ideal body shape. This process was kinda frustrating as I always hate to reveal my weight and those figures that note my fats amount. Nah, but you can't see it here haha.

Without hesitating, swiftly I was brought into a room and carried on with Stage 1: Air Pressure Slimmer.
A process which much alike to the doctor checking our blood pressure in clinic, so they did it on my feet. Instant air will be filled into the slimmer, and when it's fulled, the air will be released again. This step will be repeated for 15 minutes to compress and relax our body. In this stage, it helps to activate our lymphatic system, increase our lymphatic metabolic rate, promote blood circulation and encourage the flow of lymph fluid to prevent any accumulation of lymph nodes or even dropsy.

After that, I was led to another room to carry out the Stage 2: Vibration Bed which lasted for 15 minutes.
This was a special technology from Japan, where the bed will vibrate (full body) aggressively according to your favor, the vibration level can be tuned up or down. I was told that laying down on the vibration for 15 minutes is equivalent to 45 minutes of exercise and it can burn up to 500 calories in our body. Meanwhile, there's some bearable heat generated beneath the bed, to heat up and increase our body metabolism rate. The overall process helps burning fats and also shaping up our body.

In Stage 3: Sauna Treatement, I was brought into a sauna room to carry on with sweating process for 15 minutes. This treatment helps to flush away excess water from our body. No worry if you're bored, there were books!

In the final stage which is Stage 4: Full Body Wrap, I was advised to wrap my body for 2 hours to helps keeping our body warm and promote blood circulation. I am free to do anything I want during this duration, so I've decided to go for shopping. Yup, with my body sealed and wrapped LOL. I was suggested to remove the wrappers when I feel any itchiness and discomfort.

 

I was brought to a gorgeous place where they called it - the waiting zone when I was waiting my boyfriend to pick me up. I was recommended to take in more water after the treatment as I've lost a lots of water throughout the treatment, to prevent dehydration.

My Thoughts:
Overall process was fast and I can feel my sweat, like pouring rain! I felt instantly refreshing and of course much healthier teehee. Yet, I doesn't see much effect on the weight loss, guess after a few treatments, the result will be significant. After all, I felt tired and sleepy LOL like I've been exercising for 10 hours. Some people may feel dizzy or even diarrhea after the treatment, its due to the loss of water in the body.Take in more water should be alright!

Start with the interior design of the shop! When I walked in, I was impressed by the ornaments of the shop, it was so elegant, clean and tidy.

Everything was so nicely placed on the shelf that reminded me of my trip at Lexis Hibiscus, the blue of sky and oceans.

No worry for those who waits, there was always a waiting zone, with an exquisite purple couch and magazines to quench your boredom.

CRES really awed me with their eyes massage and even eyebrow trimming which the usual facial outlet didn't care about.

Besides the extraction process was painless, I can feel the instant hydration within my skin, much supple with less skin peeled off, not even my face, but my eyes as well. I knew most of you hate the greasy feeling on skin after facial, but my overall face didn't turn out oily at all after the treatment. I would definitely love to pay my second visit at CRES again!

Shu Uemura Summer Foundations - skin:Fit

Welcoming the arrival of Summer, Shu Uemura has come out with the Summer Foundations, highlighting the thin yet lasting face make up! 

Being an Asian, especially Malaysia, a powerful refreshing and breathable lasting face make up is important as we are staying in such humid and hot country. We tend to sweat all the time even when we are having out brunch and it's just the walking distance. We start to see the foundation become cakey or even smear. Let me share something different to you guys!

Here's my first approach with water foundations from Shu Uemura and I'm glad to be part of their launching of the first ever Cosmetic Water Foundation - skin:Fit

The Launch

The launching took place at Proof Cafe & Sky Lounge @ the Signature. The place was so perfectly decorated even though with only monotone. Black furniture paired with white sunflower, so classy and elegant.

Taadaaa, here's the preview of skin:Fit. It comes in almost a palm size transparent glass bottle which just nice to hold with. Not too heavy and easy to carry around for touch up purpose.

Totally amazed with the demonstration, the make up was just a sheer layer, so natural yet flawless. Can't wait to see it looks on my skin!

Formula used and Ingredients:

Of course a good foundation should be paired with its own compatible applicator. So, here's the new skin: Fit Pentagon Brushing Sponge, the dual sided sponge which inspired by the mizu oshiroi in Japan!

The peachy side (on Left) indicate the brush area, with fine and tiny hairs on it, which used to brush the foundation on whereby the white side (on Right) indicate the sponge area, which used to fit the foundation into the skin.

Here's the final result of application  with the 'Brush and Fit technique' using the Pentagon Brush Sponge and skin-Fit water foundation!This shade works so magically and it simply blends into our skin tone, so naturally and flawlessly.

The pores and some red blemishes on the face are perfectly covered although with only a thin layer. To fully cover the dark circle, gently dab and fit with another layer of the foundation using the pentagon brush sponge. The hydration on face is just fine, it doesn't appear to be cakey but smooth.

So, to proof its long lasting effect, here's the make up after an hour and 5 hours. Not much difference, but there's only a slight oil shine on the T zone area after 6 hours. I didn't feel any stickiness or uneasy feeling on my face, the make up was still looking great! Of course, it has become one of my favorite foundation ever, it just looks like my own skin!
