Today, we gonna talk about Hibiscus flower - our national flower. Do you know that Hibiscus flower can be consumed as tea? It brings a lot of health benefits that it helps lowering blood pressure and body BMI, reducing bad cholesterol.

In this post, I will be trying out the Moisture Ceramide Light Cream. 

Texture and Scent:
The texture is pretty light in white cream form. It is super easy to spread out on the skin and absorb into the skin within seconds. It comes with a light, refreshing citrus scent, a little floral aroma.

I am quite surprise that the cream penetrates into the skin super fast during the application. It doesn't leave any sticky or greasy feeling on the skin, but a skin-light coating on the skin, which is moisture and hydrated. It like how it feels on the skin, super light, leaving my skin soft, moist, with little touch of healthy glow.

This Moisture Ceramide Light Cream is just a perfect item for those who doesn't love heavy and intense cream, but a quick fix moisturizer. It is so lightweight and it does a good job in daily hydration.

Cutera Laser Treatment | The Suisse Clinic

If you guys have been following me on Instagram (@immateapot), you may know that I have been visiting The Suisse Clinic frequently for Cutera Laser treatment.

I have never been to a laser treatment till The Suisse Clinic approached me few months back. Previously, I have that mindset that laser treatments may thin the skin layer, making it more sensitive and vulnerable to the sun. There will be skin peeling off and some redness. Yet, The Suisse Clinic has totally changed my mindset towards laser treatment with its signature Cutera Laser Treatment for Skin Rejuvenation.

Before  getting into  the treatment, lets walk through The Suisse Clinic with me.

The Suisse Clinic is located at Northpoint, Mid Valley City (cross the linking bridge and towards your left). Skip the busy traffic or hassle parking, you may park your car at Northpoint as there are reserved parking for The Suisse Clinic's patients.

I love how cozy and spacious the overall interior is. There are a lot of seats around, your friends who wait for you may have a seat.

About Cutera Laser

Cutera laser, is also known as the 'lunch time procedure', as it just required your lunch time duration, about 30 minutes. It is fast and it doesn't cause any side effects e.g. skin peeling and redness. It also has no downtime like the others laser treatments elsewhere.

Cutera laser is a procedure that utilizes safe wavelength that gently heats the upper dermis of the skin, stimulating the regrowth and regeneration of collagen.

Procedure

The procedure is very easy. During your first visit, you will be asked to fill out a form with some questions to understand more about your skin concerns and condition etc.

Skin Analysis

After filling up the form, you will undergo a computed skin analysis in order to understand your skin condition further.

Consultation

Soon after, a professional consultation was given by an experienced doctor. I was told by Dr. Celine Tey that my skin is in dehydrated, my skin pores were also large and clogged, with lots of blackheads/whiteheads. My skin is also rather sensitive and often appears to be red.

Cleansing

After the consultaton, I was brought to a room to have my face cleansed before the laser treatment.

Cutera Laser

Cutera Laser started right after the face cleansing procedure. Throughout the treatment, I did not feel any discomfort, no heat, no pain, just some slight bearable tingling feelings. And, the overall treatment took less than an hour.

After the laser, there was a post-treatment care procedure given, a post later hydration and soothing mask was applied on to my skin.. The mask was pretty cooling and soothing. It helped to calm and soothe my skin after the laser, while restoring skin moisture.

Few months back before the treatment, I can feel my skin is rather rough and dull, and my skin pores were huge. Yet, after 3 sessions of The Suisse Clinic's Cutera Laser Treatment, I can feel my skin had slowly become livelier! It became much brighter and my skin texture had improved. My skin feels much firmer! I saw significant changes after each session.

The doctor advised patients to undergo the Cutera Laser according to individual skin's condition and needs. About once every 3 to 4 weeks to witness more drastic improvements. I took about 5 months to complete my 3 sessions due to my hectic schedule. The improvements on my skin was gradual.

It is utmost important to ensure post treatment care is practiced. It is a must to ensure moisture and hydration is fed to skin through post laser treatment masks. If possible, put one mask a day for 2 weeks for more enhanced results.
